Pamela June Kimmell writes her new mystery series
in her home studio in Warrenton, Virginia - a small town which is the
“model” for her fictitious town of David’s Bridge.
Small towns are boring……at least that’s what a lot of
people think. But behind
the fancy doors on the fancy homes there is plenty of dirt to sweep
under the carpet and Pamela’s main character, Bailey Ferrol, private
investigator, makes it her business to uncover the dirt and help the
police solve the crime.
The
debut book in this series, The Mystery of David’s Bridge,
was a 2005 nominee for the Library of Virginia Award for Fiction.
